FREE SHIPPING within the U.S.A.


A FLAT SHIPPING RATE of USD$5.99 to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Territories, Canada & Mexico

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATE of $9.99 to parts of Europe, Asia and Africa.

*We reserve the right to refuse shipping to destinations at our discretion. Customer will be notified. 

- SHIPPING RATES & FEES are calculated in U.S.Dollars [$USD]. 
- All SHIPPING RATES, TAXES & FEES are calculated at CHECKOUT.

Customers are responsible for ALL additional postal, delivery, custom, port, docking fees and taxes. 

Shipping Policy

KINGSMEN BLACK VIP-NY agents will ship merchandise and items purchased within 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS [allow 1 BUSINESS DAY for processing, and 1 BUSINESS DAY for shipping and handling.] 


- We use United States Postal Service [USPS] for shipping, handling, and services. 


- USPS Priority Mail is GROUND SHIPPING for most  economic shipping and handling services.


*U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING:  In most cases SHIPPING [actual travel/arrival/delivery time] will take anywhere from 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS within the Eastern regions of the United States; 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS within the Mid Western regions of the United States; 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS for Western regions of the United States; and 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS due to inclement weather, acts of God, natural disasters, errors, accidents or delays beyond our control. 

*HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, CANADA, MEXICO, delivery is usually 5-10 business days.


*INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is usually 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS.

'OUR RESTOCKING & INVENTORY POLICY'

Restocking & Inventory Policy

-Most merchandise at our ONLINE WEBSTORE are IN STOCK at our warehouse, unless otherwise noted.

-Due to our overseas vendors, most items are in limited stock, and in small quantities, as our inventory is often sold out quickly. 

-Restocking or reordering of the same merchandise, from the same inventory, or items displayed on our ONLINE WEBSTORE, may not be re-stocked once it has sold out. We are only able to offer merchandise while supplies last.

'OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY'

 

Return & Exchange Policy

 

-KINGSMEN BLACK VIP-NY has a 14-DAY RETURN AND REFUND POLICY [starting from date of delivery/arrival] on merchandise and purchased items sold at OUR ONLINE WEBSTORE [KingsmenBlackVIP.COM]
*RETURNING ITEMS for FULL REFUND:
Customer MUST call our Customer Care Center to receive a RMA receipt 
and return postage label. RETURNS are free within the Continental U.S., and only within the 14-DAY RETURN AND REFUND POLICY timeframe. We are unable to receive return merchandise after the 'return time' has expired.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY: Customers will assume all RETURN POSTAGE & DELIVERY when returning items outside of the United States. 


-KINGSMEN BLACK VIP-NY is an ONLINE WEBSTORE ONLY, where customer purchases are made through its KingsmenBlackVIP.COM 'Website' ONLY.


-EXCHANGE OF MERCHANDISE OF PURCHASED ITEM[S] IS NOT AVAILABLE, nor do we issue store credit, only a FULL or PARTIAL REFUND where applicable, using the same credit/debit card used to purchase order.


-RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE at our KINGSMEN BLACK VIP 'Pop Up Shops, Vendor Showcases or Branding Parties, after the close of business day of said event. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Please govern yourselves accordingly. 


-KINGSMEN BLACK VIP-NY will give a FULL REFUND [minus shipping, postal, customs, customs taxes or port fees] if purchasing customer is not completely satisfied with merchandise due to damage, incorrect item[s] purchased, or error on the part of KINGSMEN BLACK VIP-NY, providing all satisfactory refunding requirement are met, as outlined below.

-Custom orders CANNOT be refunded, exchanged or renegotiated once processing of order has begun.

-MERCHANDISE RETURN FOR REFUND: Under these conditions only: Merchandise MUST BE RETURNED in proper condition with tags and packaging properly attached to each item[s] purchased, as sold. Items/merchandise must not be damaged, soiled, worn or used.
*Upon Customer Service Communication, customer will provide any related pictures or images of damage to purchased merchandise and items, as requested. Customer must provide Order#, Date of Sale, Payment and all pertinent, relevant and related information upon communication.

'OUR CANCELLATION POLICY'

 

Cancellations

Cancellations cannot be made once your order has been processed.
